MBtech EMC GmbH is an accredited EMC test center with test facilities in Waiblingen and Sindelfingen equipped as follows:

• 3 large absorber chambers (26m x 8m x 7m; 16m x 12m x 8m; 16m x 12m x 6m) with rotable active four-roller test stands
• 2 absorber chambers (15m x 7m x 4m; 9m x 5,5m x 4m) with turntables 
• 5 screened cabins 
• TEM cells, stripline, BCI measuring stations etc.
• Amplification power up to 10 kW at all sites

This gives us the capability to subject a wide range of items to testing.

• Vehicles ranging from the "smart" up to 90t mobile cranes 
• For industry, anything from PCs to letter sorting machines.

Our sophisticated test equipment can undertake measurements in wide frequency ranges and with field strenghts of up to 200 V/m.

In addition to being accredited to carry out testing for conformity to standards, measuring is also undertaken to meet the requirements of leading automobile manufacturers (DaimlerChrysler, Porsche, BMW, Ford, VW, Volvo, Renault, Peugeot...).

On request, we can carry out all the essential administrative tasks (assessment by a Competent Agency, type approval by the Federal Office for Motor Vehicles (KBA) etc.) on behalf of our customers.

In addition to tests in support of development work and acceptance testing, we also carry out conformity of production (COP) monitoring for our customers. This ensures that the product´s acceptance testing configuration remains constant throughout the series production phase.
