MBtech Bohemia enters new dimensions in prototype construction
On June 10, 2010 MBtech Bohemia's Customer Day in Pilsen has a lot to offer to the international guests: The Czech subsidiary of the MBtech Group is officially commissioning both a state-of-the-art portal milling machine and a new painting facility.
MBtech Bohemia will thoroughly fulfill the traditionally high expectations of its visitors - above all, the existing and potential customers from the Czech Republic, Germany and Austria along with high ranking representatives of CzechInvest, the Czech agency for commercial and investment promotion – with numerous highlights at the second Customer Day in Pilsen. The official commissioning of two new facilities, each of which sets new standards in its own way, follows a speech from MBtech's management.
With its new portal milling machine the MBtech Group is entering into new dimensions of the prototype construction field. The extremely flexible machine manufactures tools and components: It has the exceptional ability to process extremely large (up to 6,500x3,500x2,000 mm) workpieces made of aluminum, steel and plastics in a single piece. As such, MBtech specifically addresses the constantly increasing demand from the commercial vehicle branch for the solution – Now Pilsen is even capable of easily realizing bumpers for trucks. In addition, Pilsen also possesses a new painting cabin, suitable for 1:1 scale models and finished vehicles alike. However, the facility not only sets technical benchmarks; it also fulfills the strictest environmental protection requirements.....
