MBtech establishes a subsidiary in Turkey.
The new Istanbul branch focuses on the commercial vehicle industry.
The MBtech Group, one of the leading engineering and consulting service providers for the vehicle industry with its headquarters in Sindelfingen, Germany, is entering the Turkish market: On February 1, 2010 the new subsidiary, MBtech Mühendislik ve Danismanlik Ltd. Şti. (MBtech Turkey), officially opened its doors at two locations in Istanbul.
The MBtech Group continues to consistently follow its path towards a global presence: With the new subsidiary the company makes use of the new market opportunities in Turkey, one of the largest commercial vehicle production locations in Europe. MBtech Turkey has a dual presence in Istanbul: The headquarters are on the Asian side, and an additional project office is located on the European side of the metropolis. Peter Süß (50) will manage the subsidiary. He is an experienced manager who was previously responsible for the Full-Vehicle Integration and Testing Division at MBtech. "Our goal is to enter the local market for engineering and consulting services", clarified Süß.
