Category: MBtech Group

The "New York Festivals Film & Video Awards" is an international competition with a long history, which awards prizes to film productions for advertising and business. At the 52nd Film & Video Awards MBtech received a prize for its "Hybrid” image film: MBtech’s film received the silver medal from among the 46 productions submitted in the "Industrial Productions: Public Relations" category. In total, approximately 300 productions from more than 30 countries reached the finals of the Film & Video Awards.

"The World’s Best Work" is this succinct claim of the makers of the "New York Festivals Film & Video Awards". Every year more than 300 international film productions from the education and commercial sector compete for the coveted awards - from short films to full-length features. In the year 2009 the submission from MBtech also receives this seal of quality: The jury awarded the MBtech image film "Hybrid" the silver medal in the "Industrial Productions: Public Relations" category.

The five-minute film consisting of a combination of comic elements and realistic scenes unconventionally and creatively presents MBtech's competences and those of its vehicle engineering, powertrain solutions, electronics solutions, and consulting segments. In the process, the film also clearly illustrates the unique benefits which MBtech customers obtain from the network of diverse expert competences. The film was conceived and produced by SCHOKOLADE Filmproduktion in Stuttgart - and also submitted to the New York Festivals. The awards ceremony was held in New York at the end of January. "We are just as proud of this international award in silver as we are of the German commercial film prize last year", said Dr. Wolfram Motz, Head of Marketing at MBtech. "We hope that the film and its publicity will also attract the attention of a large number of both customers and employees for MBtech."
