Industrial Construction Seminar „Industry region Europe“.

This year the motto of the event is “Industry region Europe – New solutions for new processes”. Next to subjects like the future perspectives of the industry in Europe, new work environments and build typologies, process orientation stands in the focus of this years event.

Michael W. Müller, Managing Director of LMC Lean Manufacturing Consulting GmbH, will give a lecture about “Industrial Construction 2010 – global necessities for the flexibilisation of the industry construction planning-process along the automotive value chain”. Based on the current developments in the automotive industry, this lecture analyses the consequences for a successful flexibilisation of the planning processes. Alongside this he will highlight the contribution that consequently designed, process oriented industrial constructions can render for the optimization of the product creation process.
