"Lean Management" - MBtech consulting experts at "Production Systems 2009"
MBtech sponsors the leading congress for "Lean Production & Management". From May 5 to 7, 2009 international production experts will be gathering in Munich for "Production Systems 2009". MBtech is not only one of the premium partners sponsoring this top-class management event; Experts from MBtech's consulting segment will also provide new impulses for lean and flexible production as well as efficiency increases in the administrative sector: Oliver Sperling will deliver a report on his experiences with introducing Lean Administration and Dr. Andreas Schmälzle will hold a seminar covering Shopfloor Management.
The "Production Systems 2009" expert congress is organized by the Management Circle and represents an essential event for experts and managers in the production sector - and for the automotive industry in particular. This year’s congress primarily focuses on the application and development of lean principles. MBtech is not only one of the premium sponsors of this top-class event. Two specialists from MBtech's consulting segment will contribute their valuable practical experience to the management training forum.
During the 3rd expert forum covering "Lean outside production", Oliver Sperling, Principal Lean Administration at MBtech consulting, will present a concrete case study together with Dr. Matthias Jurytko, the Head of Controlling Powertrain for Daimler Trucks, covering their experience with the concept development and implementation of Lean Administration. Sperling's summary: "Lean Administration only succeeds when accompanied by the corresponding cultural transformation within the company. The classical process optimization tools alone are not enough." In his lecture he explains how to initiate, accompany and monitor this cultural transformation.
Dr. Andreas Schmälzle, Project Manager at MBtech consulting, is holding the 2nd in-depth seminar covering Shopfloor Management. This seminar covers production control and development and thus one of the central disciplines of the Lean Production approach. In his seminar Dr. Schmälzle addresses the latest methods and instruments utilized for efficient Shopfloor Management.
