MBtech expands its management
Christoph Schmidt-Arnold, 42 years old and formerly the Chief Financial Officer (CFO), has been appointed President of the MBtech Group GmbH & Co. KGaA for Finance & Controlling (F&C), effective as of April 1, 2010.
The MBtech Group is expanding its management: On April 1, 2010 Christoph Schmidt-Arnold will take his place as the third president at the side of Hartmut Tresp and Werner Kropsbauer. The company meets the increasing requirements with regard to growth, internationalization and profitability.
Mr. Schmidt-Arnold is an experienced controlling specialist. The career of the qualified industrial engineer began in 1995 in product controlling at Daimler AG where he handled numerous management tasks for the A-Class and B-Class series amongst others and was also a member of the management team. After that he was responsible for a major strategic project with approximately 250 employees in which he worked closely together with MBtech's powertrain solutions and consulting segments.
