Opening ceremony for the state-of-the-art EMC testing facility
MBtech expands its range of services for electromagnetic compatibility testing − 100 guests are expected at the official opening in Mönsheim on July 8, 2010 − MBtech's EMC capacities simplify developing vehicles with alternative drive systems − Additional testing facilities for electric drive systems are planned
On July 8, 2010 one of the most state-of-the-art testing facilities for electromagnetic compatibility (EMC) will be officially opened: In the last 10 months MBtech has constructed the new hall in Mönsheim and the facility has been undergoing testing since May 1. The facility is primary designed to perform EMC testing for alternative drive systems, namely electrical, hybrid, fuel cell and natural gas vehicles. The development and consulting service provider with its headquarters in Sindelfingen thus substantially expands its existing EMC testing capacities for the automotive and commercial vehicle industry. MBtech expects approximately 100 guests at the opening ceremony. In future, the facility will be expanded to include additional testing facilities for electric motors and high voltage components.
