Lean Enterprise Consulting Academy.
The Lean Enterprise Consulting Academy provides the employees of our clients with the competences they require to implement and continuously optimize a lean enterprise. Our qualification programs cover the entire spectrum of our consulting services. In small groups, participants solve business specific questions, develop lean enterprise approaches and implement these in concrete projects at their companies. A decisive advantage: Training costs are directly compensated through the savings achieved in these projects.
Client-specific programs.
Our Lean Enterprise Consulting Academy provides customized lean qualification programs: Six-Sigma training, lean coaching, benchmark trips and the moderation of management events.
The client-specific programs take into account the individual development of personnel competencies, organizational structures and processes of the companies involved as well as the specific expectations of the participants. Our clients profit from our concept of dual learning: qualification of associates and on-site implementation.
Open programs.
The participants in the open programs discuss methods and solutions with our experts who present them with new lean perspectives in different subject areas. They can then directly apply their newly acquired knowledge in production simulations.
In addition, MBtech Consulting is further offering the MBA course International Lean Manufacturing Consulting in cooperation with the Institute for International Management Consulting at the University of Applied Sciences Ludwigshafen.
TheLean Enterprise Consulting Academy works with an international network of industry experts, experienced lecturers and well-known universities (Michigan University USA, Chulalongkom University Thailand, Lean Enterprise Institute USA, Harvard Business School USA, Stanford University USA etc.).
Alongside this academic network, the participants of our program benefit from the ongoing exchange of experience between the Academy and the LMC consultancy projects.
