In the early development phase we accompany our clients in the design of profitable development programs. Further consulting competencies include complexity management as well as technology-, program- and common-parts strategies. For this we take into account the global competition of the company as well as its specific framework conditions.

Throughout the development process we specifically apply our consulting approaches to raise product and process maturity as well as to secure parts and equipment availability. An essential focal point is the production- and assembly- oriented product design.
