In our EMC test centers, which are located in Waiblingen and Sindelfingen, with a new center coming soon to Mönsheim as well, we offer you EMC testing services for sensors, control units, and complete vehicles, including the corresponding documentation. In addition, we specialize in testing modern hybrid, electrical, and electronic components. Our more than 15 laboratories of differing sizes mean that we have the right testing equipment for all types of test specimens – from sensors up to 96-ton mobile cranes. The extremely high level of dovetailing of complete system and component measurements guarantees rapid verification and correction of problems at the component level. This method prevents any potential risks that might compromise acceptance of the complete system, which is an important prerequisite for meeting the ever tighter schedules and deadlines that apply in the automotive industry. Upon your request, we will provide the technical services needed to obtain the E1 mark for vehicles and electronic subassemblies (EUB) from the German Federal Motor Transport Authority (Kraftfahrt-Bundesamt / KBA).

We conduct standard-compliant tests, for which we are accredited in accordance with DIN ISO 17025. In addition, we perform independent and autonomous measurements in line with all global EMC standards in the automotive industry – for both OEMs (Daimler, Porsche, BMW, Ford, Peugeot, Renault, Toyota, Volvo, VW, and others) and suppliers. Our highly qualified vehicle technicians also support you in preparing and analyzing the measurements. Upon request, we will pick up the test specimens, including complete vehicles, at your premises. Preparatory activities in our measurement laboratories include mounting the measurement adapter and installing any required software. After restoring the test specimen to its previous state, we will return it to you free of charge.
Exemplary projects.
In addition to carrying out individual measurement tasks for all worldwide OEM specifications, we will also assume complete responsibility for an EMC test facility at an OEM or first tier supplier. You benefit from our flexible business model and can decide whether the measurements should be taken with our own measuring equipment at our premises, or on-site at your company.
