MBtech offers comprehensive test management services. We organize and manage your test projects and teams, and develop appropriate test strategies, test concepts, and test processes for you. Our systematic approach is based on our own proprietary methodology (PROVEtech:TP5). We analyze your requirements and develop the right test strategy, which we specify and implement, and then proceed with the test evaluation and issue tracking. The implementation runs parallel to the entire product lifecycle, i.e., all the way from the model up to the end of production, we consistently use the most suitable methods and tools, individually developed and configured to suit your needs if required. For test automation, we use the PROVEtech:TA methodology, which our project teams apply in the operative execution of extensive validation projects.

MBtech runs tests parallel to the development process. We use the right testing methods, equipment, and tools in every phase of development – from modeling up to endurance testing in all vehicle domains. Our test systems can be operated directly on-site at the customer’s premises or in our laboratories.

Exemplary projects.

In addition to test management, we offer sound expertise in operating HiL test centers for both single control units and control unit networks. We also specialize in parts lifecycle testing. In this area, we handle the management of logistics processes in the field, perform fault analyses, and manage the “no-trouble-found” control units for you. We have already conducted HiL component tests in a wide variety of vehicle domains, such as roof control modules, remote trunk lid locking, keyless go, door control modules, transmission control modules, hands-free equipment, and airbags.
