The difficulties that arise during the planning and construction of buildings often crop up again and again: The user specifications have not been coordinated with the planners, expert input is not brought in early enough, and unnecessary buffers have been built in when it comes to scheduling, materials, and financing, and/or an analysis has not been adequately conducted for the entire lifecycle. We team up with you to prevent these obstacles, since they waste time and resources. We have amassed years of experience with lean methods, as well as with value stream analysis and optimization in the automotive industry. We have successfully transferred this knowledge to the construction sector, where we use it to boost the efficiency of construction projects by up to 30 percent – and at no extra cost to the customer, since we consider it to be part of our project management service.
